Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with your service,
please contact us within 48 hours of completion.
We’ll return to inspect and, if necessary, re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
If we are unable to resolve the issue with a re-clean, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the situation.
After 48 hours, results can be affected by weather, debris, and natural elements, so refunds or re-cleans cannot be guaranteed beyond that timeframe.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated fairly on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- A service was paid for but not completed due to an error on our end.
- The issue could not be corrected through a re-clean.
- You canceled a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
Partial refunds may apply when:
- Only part of the job was completed.
- A specific area was unsatisfactory,
but the rest of the service met expectations.
- Certain pre-existing conditions (like staining, oxidation, or etching) limited achievable results.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Work completed to industry standard with no identifiable issue.
- Permanent damage, staining, or buildup unrelated to our work.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
- Missed appointments or customer no-shows.
Refund Amount & Processing
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original form of payment.
In most cases, refunds will be partial unless the service was not completed or a re-clean was not possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24+ hours’ notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 25% cancellation fee may apply.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
Non-refundable.
If we must reschedule due to weather or safety concerns, we’ll notify you promptly
and provide the next available appointment
or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Weather Policy
Light rain does not typically affect service quality. However, during heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your service at no cost.
If you prefer to cancel due to weather before we arrive, standard cancellation policies still apply.
